This is a capsule toy (gachapon) from Kitan Club, featuring the "Osanpo Kaeru" (Walking Frog) series, specifically Prince and Tuxedo. The inner bags are unopened, but the mini-booklet is not included. I believe this was a series from quite a while ago. It will be placed in a waterproof bag and sent via anonymous shipping.
