Batteries are not included. The second image does not show the ToQ-Oh parts, but as shown in the third image, they are secured inside the box's compartments. As shown in the images, power has been confirmed. Each rail has scratches as shown in the images, but there appears to be no major damage. The box shows signs of wear and tear. This is an old product, so the LEDs may have deteriorated. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. Shipping will be via Mercari delivery.
