The high-quality fabric has a substantial feel, dyed in red and salmon pink. The floral and Mari (ball) patterns are created using katazome (stencil dyeing) and hand-painting techniques, resulting in a high-class Yuzen (dyeing technique) kimono. It has been adjusted with miage (hem adjustment) and kataage (shoulder adjustment). This is finished with genuine dyeing techniques, and a new one would sell for around 200,000 yen. The long undergarment (nagajuban) has stains as shown in the image. There are no issues with the kimono itself. It is not an old item!
