This is a Greco Les Paul guitar. It has an "O" cut. I don't know the details, but it is definitely a vintage guitar. I believe it's from the 70s or 80s.
I have confirmed that it produces sound through an amplifier. There was some crackling in the knobs, but there were no particular problems with playing. The knobs function properly.
