Everything in the photos is included. The train toys all run on batteries. They all work. The batteries included are not new, so I recommend replacing them. I haven't noticed any particularly bad stains or dirt, but there may be oversights. I've only wiped them down briefly with a wet cloth, so please wash them if you are concerned. Please understand that these are used items that a child has played with. I'm selling them to organize things, as my child no longer plays with them and they've been stored away. I will pack them as compactly as possible and ship them in a cardboard box, as I don't have the original packaging.
