These are GU brand shorts. They are made of denim, so I think the color has faded from wear since I bought them. They have pockets on both sides. The waist is elastic, and there is a slit to pull out and adjust the drawstring. There are no noticeable stains, but you may feel some wear and tear, so please understand this before purchasing.
