This is a shimmering champagne color, with a material that has a slight off-white tone and a dynamic appearance. (It looks like the yellowing moves when you shake it.) The piping (edging) on the inside is a more yellowish color. The tiered skirt looks lovely and cute. I've forgotten where I bought it, when, and the price. I probably bought it at either Seibu or Tobu in Ikebukuro. It cost over 30,000 yen. I've worn it about 4 times for events like entrance ceremonies and commemorative photoshoots.
