This is an FCE poncho jacket with padding. It's warm because it's padded. As you can see in the photos, the sleeves can be rolled up, which is convenient when it's hot or when riding a bicycle. It has only been used 2-3 times, so it's relatively clean, but it has been stored at home, so please understand. It will be shipped compactly.
