This is the problem set and answer key for the 2024 TAC Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken Shi) Advanced Practice Exam. There are creases on the questions related to business regulations, and a small tear on the cover of the questions related to legal restrictions and other related knowledge, but everything is unused. I didn't have time to work on these, and ended up taking the exam without using them, so I am selling them (I have already passed the exam).
