From MAFEX, it's Magneto from the X-MEN series. After purchasing it new, I opened the box once, but I didn't have a place to display it, so I immediately put it back in the box and stored it in a dark place. The accessories marked with an "x" in the third image are not included. The standard MAFEX base is included. The figure itself is in near-mint condition, but please understand that it has been handled by a person once, and be aware of the included accessories before considering a purchase.
