The monitor is malfunctioning. Please refer to photo 3. The bottom 1/3 of the screen flickers, and there is a line a little above the middle. I ran a computer diagnostic, but there were no issues. When I connected it to a TV as an external monitor, there were no problems, so I believe the monitor itself is faulty. Due to this condition, there may be other issues, so returns are not accepted. The only included accessory is the Gigabit Ethernet compatible power supply. (Although a hub, keyboard, and monitor are pictured, they are not included.) I have not tested the Ethernet, so it is not covered by warranty. I upgraded the memory to 16GB as an option and purchased it new for my mother, who likes pink, on the release date in 2021. She was using it for internet surfing, but the screen went bad in mid-July, so I quickly replaced it with a refurbished M4 iMac. It is still usable in this state, so I will sell it to someone who can use it as is or who will use an external monitor. I will ship it in the box that the M4 refurbished product came in. I will be away from home from August 18th to 26th, so I cannot ship during that time. If you purchase it by the 16th, I can ship it on the 17th. After that, purchases made on weekdays will be shipped on weekends. Purchases made on weekends will be shipped the following weekend. Hand delivery is possible (cash on delivery). In that case, I will discount it by 3000 yen, so please comment before purchasing. Thank you.
