The fabric is off-white with a polka dot pattern, featuring cute deer, ducks, and mushroom designs. The collar, sleeves, and pant cuffs are pink. I bought it and removed the tags, but my child outgrew it without ever wearing it. There are no particular issues, but there are some fold creases from being stored folded. Although it's unused, it has been handled by a person once. It was purchased from a store. Please refrain from purchasing if you are a perfectionist and are concerned about minor details.
