Thank you for viewing. This is a scrunchie made from Souleiado cotton fabric. If you wish to replace the elastic, the inner circumference is sewn together. There is a 4 cm section where the machine stitching is visible. You can unravel the thread in that area, and then sew the area back together yourself, such as with a whip stitch.
