This is an obijime (sash tie) titled "jewel fountain" by High Calorie Otome. I was drawn to its strong personality and bought it, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so I'm selling it. It has quite a presence. It's unused and has been stored at home. Half is jewelry, half is stripes. I just checked the website and it's sold out.
