GOTOH bass bridge. Based on current models, I believe this corresponds to the 201B-4. Chrome. The string height adjustment screws have some rust, but I have confirmed they are still adjustable. The string height screw for the first string is a little stripped, but it turns if you insert a 1.5mm wrench properly. Overall, there is some age-related degradation of the plating.
