These are quite old, so the model number is unknown. One was unused since I bought it (left in the photo), but it has some light scratches because it was in a junk box. They don't show up in the photos, but they are visible to the naked eye. The other one was removed partway through use, so it has scratches and cloudiness; it's included as a bonus.
