This wrench has 4mm and 4.5mm ends. Very convenient to have for assembling Mini 4WD and radio-controlled cars. The 4.5mm socket is a little narrow, and nuts don't go in all the way (though you can still turn them). This is the reason for the "as is" condition. Because bolts can pass through the wrench, it's useful for roller settings using long bolts. Small scratches may be present from the manufacturing process. There are no functional issues, but please refrain from bidding if you are concerned about scratches or manufacturing precision.
