I bought this a few years ago and wore it several times. It can be worn either way, and although it's a short length, it's roomy, so I could wear it over a large shirt. (155cm, average build) There's a general feeling of wear, but there are no particularly noticeable stains or scratches. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
