This is a wool kimono that has been washed and remade into a dress. It is unused as a remade item. Made with care by my mother, who has over 45 years of experience in dressmaking, using an industrial sewing machine and a serger. The design uses plenty of fabric, giving the skirt a slightly fluffy look. Layering with sweaters will keep you warm and active throughout the winter. It has pockets on both sides. The hem is hand-sewn, and the non-mass-produced finish is a point of pride for my mother. The fabric is of medium to thick thickness. It has a crisp feel. It is slightly see-through.
