This is a fully blackout and water-repellent cap from Instagrammer "Shii-chan." It's an adult size, pink with gold hardware. It doesn't have a neck guard, but it does have a chin strap. I wanted the pink one with silver hardware, but I accidentally bought this one, so I'm selling it. It's brand new and unused, I haven't even tried it on since it arrived.
