This is a flare mini skirt from the Swiss brand TALLY WEiJL, which is not available in Japan. I bought it in Paris. It's a very welcome brand in Europe for petite and slim people. It's made of a sturdy, sweatshirt-like fabric, and although it's a mini skirt, it has a moderate flare and looks good on the figure. Measurements (laid flat): Waist: 30cm Skirt length: 41cm There are no tags, but it's unused.
