It was there originally. There are traces of tape removal on the yellow slide of the playground equipment in the seventh photo. I think it will come off if cleaned. Since it was played with by children, there may be small scratches, but I think it is in good condition. Only the occasional Forest Treehouse has a box, but it may be shipped in a separate cardboard box as they will be sent together. The house lamp does not light up at the moment.
