This striped dress is refreshing and cute. The fabric is sturdy. It was only worn once before my child outgrew it, so it's in very clean condition with little wear. I've bought Seraph clothing many times, and I find that it runs a bit small compared to the usual sizing. Therefore, although the tag says 140, I'm listing it as a 130.
