I purchased and used this item last December. I wore it for about an hour and did not eat or drink while wearing it. I wore it over tights, so it did not come into direct contact with underwear, so please be assured. However, there is a stain, possibly from foundation, on a part of the head covering. I tried dabbing it with alcohol and drying it in the sun, but it did not come off. Please check the photos carefully and purchase only if you are satisfied with the condition. *I am also selling a Maleficent costume.
