This is a contact IC card reader that connects to a computer via USB. It supports various smart card operations, such as filing tax returns at home, digital authentication and security, network ATM transfers, payment procedures, balance inquiries, tax-related tasks, banking transactions, utility bill payments (water, electricity), credit card bill payments, and cash card payments. I have opened the package, but I have never used it because it was not compatible with my computer.
