(3) Issued in 1977: Commemorative stamp for the adoption of the Soviet Constitution (also known as the Brezhnev Constitution). (4) Issued in 1975: 30th anniversary of the victory over Nazi Germany in World War II commemorative stamp. (5) Issued in 1976: Stamp featuring the painting "Lenin on Red Square" by the artist Vasilyev.
