I bought this a few years ago as work attire, but it was quite large even in size L (especially the neckline), so I never wore it and kept it in storage. The length is about 76 cm. It has rhinestones and chiffon material, so I think it's a nice casual style. I think it would be fine to wear it over a tank top in spring and summer, and over a long-sleeved Heattech or cut-and-sew in fall and winter. (It's thin) There are some fold wrinkles, but it has the tag.
