This is a miniature car with a limited distribution in Japan. It's a Liberty Walk-spec Silvia. The size is larger than Choro-Q. It's slightly larger than the Hot Wheels deformed series known as "Noppo," and has a similar feel to Muscle Machines, but shorter in length and slightly stretched vertically.
