The bodice is made of light blue satin fabric. The wide shoulder straps have gathers and are cute. The skirt part has cream-colored fabric with light blue organza layered over it. This organza has gorgeous floral patterns with sequins, ribbons, and embroidery. Lined. There is petticoat fabric at the hem.
