This is an Iwatani hot sandwich maker. The box was crushed, so I checked the contents (see photo 2). The outer box is damaged and dirty. The inner packaging has not been removed from the plastic. There is a tear in the inner plastic, but the product is clean. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about initial scratches. New, unused. Final price reduction.
