Arai Tent Air Raise 2 Flysheet Only Purchased about 10 years ago, but I rarely went tent camping, so it remained in storage. I've only set it up about 3 times at campsites. Although it's hardly been used, the important seam tape is noticeably peeling. The hydrolysis on the inside is as shown in the photos. I don't feel much stickiness, but this is just my opinion. There are no tears. I am selling this assuming maintenance is necessary, including waterproofing and seam tape. I didn't get to test it in the rain, but I used it on Mt. Kasagatake last summer.
