Although I haven't worn them often, a considerable amount of time has passed since I purchased them new, so there are scratches and other signs of wear as shown in the photos. As you may know, the soles used on this model had a problem with the rate of deterioration, so I had them replaced with a countermeasure product at a Red Wing store. (The rubber parts were crumbling, and I noticed it when they stained the office carpet black...) The heels have worn down with subsequent use, so I recommend replacing just the heels. (Of course, you can still wear them as they are.) No claims and no returns, please.
