This is a Noh mask, "Ko-omote," made by my grandfather, who was a miyadaiku (temple carpenter) in Iwate. His works were highly regarded and were actually lent out to temples and stage performances. It is a Ko-omote with a very beautiful expression. I am listing it for sale due to the organization of my storage. Thank you very much.
