This is a DVD of HIPHOP ABS. You can exercise to the movements of hip-hop and sweat quite a bit. The first disc is DISC 1 and DISC 2, but DISC 2 is missing and DISC 1 has scratches. The first 5 minutes skip, but you can watch the rest without any problems. DISC 3 and 4 are fine.
