This is a black dress with white polka dots. It has a design where you tie a ribbon at the chest. I bought it at a Korean street shop. It's very cute, but the construction feels a bit rough. The waist is elastic and stretches, so you can just slip it on over your head. The fabric is thin. I think you could wear it in a wide range of seasons if you wear a turtleneck underneath.
