This is a child's kimono collar (kasane-eri) that was likely used a few times about 40 years ago. It has been stored in a chest of drawers for a long time, and has not been well-maintained. To the untrained eye, there don't appear to be any noticeable stains or mold, but someone with a trained eye might find stains, discoloration, wrinkles, fraying, or a storage odor. It may only be suitable for practice or repurposing.
