This is a suspender skirt purchased at Ron Herman. The length of the straps can be adjusted with buttons. I discarded the box and tags when I bought it. There are no noticeable stains, and I think it's still in good condition to wear. It's cute and can be worn in any season, from spring to winter. Size: 12-18 months It's a bit large, and my child wore it from about 1.5 years old to their 3rd birthday.
