I've worn it a lot. Perhaps because the original fabric is sturdy, I don't see much pilling or wear. It's not fleece-lined, but it's a sweatshirt with a firm fabric. There are a few stains on the front (photos 8-10). There's a spot on the tag where a name sticker was peeled off, and it's a little sticky.
