My child used these for about a month. There's a mark from a name sticker on the insole, but there are no other names. There's no wear and tear, and they don't appear to have any scratches or stains. They fit comfortably even with wide feet and high insteps. The Velcro straps and heel loop are designed to make it easy for young children to put on and take off by themselves. ^_^ Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor oversights, as I am just a private seller.
