This is a shield cable for an electric guitar from History. The cable is labeled "PRO SERIES REGULAR SOUNDCABLE." I looked it up and it seems it cost around 7000 yen when new. I purchased it almost 10 years ago. I've used it in the studio several times, but there are no major damaged areas or disconnections, and the sound works perfectly. I haven't used it live. There is some metal discoloration and corrosion on the jack parts commensurate with its age, but there is no noise. Please check the condition in the photos. I took the photos on top of an amplifier, but the items are two shield cables.
