This is a "Copper Mate Dimple" manufactured at the Dowa Metal Development Center (an affiliate of Dowa Mining, now DOWA Holdings, in the 1980s) located in the old downtown area of Tokyo. "Dimple" means "dimple," and as the name suggests, it has a hand-hammered pattern resembling dimples. This 20-ounce (oz) copper beer mug is a large size, with a capacity of approximately 570ml, and is characterized by its excellent thermal conductivity and cold retention. The entire mug cools down the moment you pour in beer, and the refreshing feeling lasts a long time. It's also recommended for things like iced coffee, in addition to beer.
