Salvinos JR Model 1/25 STP Oldsmobile 442 #43 Richard Petty 1979 NASCAR This is a plastic model kit of the 1979 Oldsmobile 442 NASCAR driven by Richard Petty, "The King," a 7-time NASCAR Cup Champion. This is a relatively new product released in 2019 by Salvinos JR Model. It's a full kit with a precisely reproduced Olds V8 engine, pipe frame, and cockpit. The molds are relatively sharp, and the parts are finely divided, making for a rather elaborate specification. This manufacturer has no clearance inside the box, and the parts are packed tightly. Therefore, immediately after purchase, the shrink wrap was removed, and the body was stored separately to prevent warping of the body and each runner. As you can see, there are no noticeable distortions or warps on the body, and it is in good condition. The markings come with high-quality silk screen decals reminiscent of Cartograf decals. They have been stored separately with a desiccant, so there is no deterioration or damage, and they are in good condition. It is already difficult to obtain, so how about it for NASCAR fans? The package has dents and scratches commensurate with age, and there is fading on the sides. It will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a cardboard box for shipping.
