This item was purchased around 2020. It includes the main unit and AC adapter only; there is no box or other accessories. It has been unused for about the last year. Prior to that, it was used for about an hour a day. I, an older user, handled it with care, so there are no noticeable scratches, but there are some slight scratches near the right stick that are visible depending on the angle of the light.
