This is a clear acrylic dome that attaches to a window with suction cups. My cat has gotten too heavy, and it keeps falling off. It should be fine for a lighter kitten. When attaching the suction cups, wipe the window and the suction cups clean before attaching them. Make sure to attach each suction cup firmly. In the event it falls, it could be dangerous, so I recommend installing it in a low position.
