I purchased these early last year and only tried them on at home; I haven't worn them outside. The jewels are removable, so they can also be used as simple boots. There's no size marking, but I believe I bought them in size M. I usually wear shoes in the 23-23.5cm range. Shipping costs will be somewhat high, so I'm afraid I can't offer a discount.
