At first, the leather was too stiff and gave me blisters, so there's a stain on the little toe area, although it's hard to see. The leather has softened quite a bit now, but if I wear them for a long time and my feet swell, they start to hurt, so I think someone with 22.5cm feet would be better off using insoles, or someone with 23cm feet could stretch them with a shoe stretcher. The sizing is subjective, so it's probably better for someone familiar with Tony Bianco styles to purchase them.
