It looks great and would suit a classic car. It also has a DC input. It's rare, and I haven't seen it mentioned on auctions, flea markets, or the internet. However, it has the following issues, which is why I'm reluctantly selling it. I've performed a basic operational check. There were no unusual noises, and the cassette played, reversed, fast-forwarded, and rewound. The indicators lit up, and the buttons and lamps functioned. I couldn't find the original power connector, so I used a power cable from a different SANYO EXCEDIO model. Perhaps because of this, when I turned it on and checked the operation, a burning smell started to emanate, so I only performed a short operational check. I don't know if it's about to break down or what the cause is. I'm unsure if it's safe to continue using it. I'd like to pass it on to someone who understands the wiring and can repair it, or who can use it without problems, while it still works. There are cut wires, but they are ground and an unknown wire. Although not shown in the images, I will include the power cable for a different SANYO EXCEDIO cassette deck. This power cable may be the source of the problem. Please examine the images carefully and ask any questions you may have. I am also listing it on an auction site. If it disappears from the flea market site, please assume it has been sold on the auction. I have attached images of the operation check and the unit in operation. The condition is as it was just before packaging. As this is an old electrical appliance, I am selling it as-is, with no returns or exchanges, considering the possibility of malfunctions after shipping, the prevention of swapping, the possibility of damage due to improper installation, and the possibility of it not meeting your expectations.
