This is a FRAY I.D attached collar balloon top. I have worn it many times, but I'm selling it because I haven't worn it recently. The balloon sleeves are cute! The collar is removable♪ *Please note that there may be creases from folding during shipping. There may be some staining around the waist area, as I often tucked it in (see the last photo), but I don't think it's a big problem either.
