I had this custom-made by a professional several years ago. I've kept it stored at home since then, but the size no longer fits. The vest has slits at the hem. The skirt is a six-panel design with an elastic waist, making it easy to move in. A black petticoat is needed to be worn underneath. It's a three-piece set, but you can wear the pieces separately, and not just for formal occasions.
