I have installed batteries and confirmed the train runs and produces sound using an IC card I own (not included in the listing). However, I cannot confirm the lights because I don't have the special card required. The wheel gears appear to be intact, and the rubber tires are present. There is a small chip on the outer diameter of the middle car, but it doesn't seem to affect the running. The exterior shows signs of wear. I will include used batteries so you can use it right away.
